Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What does the rental of the rock wall include?
A: The rental includes 1-2 staff people to work the event and harnesses. Set up and breakdown are also included in the rental price.

Q: Can the wall be set up in grass?
A: The wall may be set up in grass or on concrete. However, if the ground has been saturated due to rain we must set up on concrete.

Q: How tall are the walls?
A: We have three wall and all are 24ft high. 

Q: What is the minimum age for climbing?
A: We have had children as young as four to climb the walls.

Q: What if it rains the day of my event?
A: We will issue a rain check as schedule for another day. Refunds are non-refundable.

Rental Information

•  $175.00 per hour
  (two hr min) with a $50.00 deposit
  
• $1,000.00 all day
  (8 -10 hrs) with a $200.00 deposit.  Inside the Greater New Orleans area (less than 50 miles) no mileage charge will be assessed.  A charge of $.50 per mile round trip will be assessed for events outside of the Greater New Orleans.
